The founder : Mr. Taijiro Hirose was independent from Mitui mercer store ( which is presently Mitukoshi Department store ) and established Hirose Shokai Co., Ltd., in 1905. The businesses were started as a nominated vender to supply various textile products to the government authorities like Ground Self-Diffence Force , Air Self-Diffence Force, Japan Railways, Ministry of posts and telecommunications and so on as main customers. The business environments changed completely after the end of the world war II in 1945, so that the main business were expanded from the government authorities fields into the general private enterprises fields. The handling items were also developed from textile products to laundry machine , chemicals and various items in accordance with the needs in the market. Recently new businesses such as medical and surgical goods and storage items for measures for dealing with disasters have been additionally launched and all business fields are powerfully developing and expanding. In the process of expanding the businesses, at early stage, we directed our attention to ''the environment issue '' , and initially entered into the water treatment for linen supply industries in 1959. Our activity as a pioneer from the viewpoint of '' the environment '' will be expanded to the fields such as the '' reuse '' of active carbon and chemicals etc for water treatment and garbage treatment machine.
